Registration fees for current members: 

 

Students: 

• €75: in person

• €0 for online only registration

The registration fee includes the conference dinner (€55), as we hope to encourage as many participants as possible to join. If you’d prefer not to attend the dinner, you can opt out on the registration form.

Conference dinner includes:

Fonduhuis Leuven - all-you-can-eat fondue:

Aperitif: Your choice of Cava, Cava Rosé, or a mocktail (Lazy Red Cheeks or Ipanema).

Main course: Choose from cheese, meat, or fish fondue, or a gourmet option.

Coffee or tea

Drinks for 3 hours: Soft drinks, pilsner, house wine, and water included.

A full vegan option is available.

Widening access & inclusion fundraising

As part of our commitment to widening access, our section sponsors one student or early career researcher from minoritised communities, or from low and middle income countries (as defined by the World Bank), to attend the next International Congress in 2026, Freiburg, Germany.
